Q1. Are your sarees pure silk or handloom?
Yes, we offer authentic Banarasi, Silk, Kanjivaram, and Handloom sarees crafted with premium fabrics and traditional weaving techniques.
Q2. Will the color of the saree match the pictures exactly?
We try our best to display true colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. Rest assured, we do not compromise on quality.

Q3. How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your saree, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed.
Q4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, and COD (if available in your area).
Q5. Can I customize my saree (like fall, pico, blouse stitching)?
Yes, for selected sarees. Customization availability will be mentioned on the product page or you can contact us directly for custom requests.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping all over India.
Q7. How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.
Q8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be launched soon.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with images and order details. We’ll arrange a return or exchange based on the issue.
Q10. Are returns accepted on all products?
Returns are accepted only for unused items in original condition. Customized or sale items are non-returnable.
Q11. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
