Return & Refund Policy – MyParidhan.shop

At Paridhan, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

 

🔁 Eligible Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Size or variation mismatch (if applicable)

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Returned with the original invoice

 

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized sarees (pre-stitched blouses, fall/pico, etc.)

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Slight color variation due to screen differences is not considered a defect

 

 

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at wearparidhan@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6359733881 within 5 days of receiving the order.

  2. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

 

 

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).

 

 

🔄 Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange (same product or similar value) instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

 

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In most eligible cases, we’ll arrange return pickup from your address.

  • If return pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the item manually. In such cases, we will refund the standard courier charges (with valid proof).
