📦 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Shipping Charges: FREE shipping on all orders across India.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

 

🚚 Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

🔁 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days, feel free to contact us.

 

📍 Service Availability

We deliver to most pin codes across India. In case your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

 

🧵 Custom Orders & Delay

Customized or pre-ordered sarees may require additional processing time. Such timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page or via order confirmation.

 

📦 Damaged Packages

If the package you receive appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photos at wearparidhan@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6359733881.

 

❌ Non-Delivery

In case of missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
